With fruit sourced exclusively from the 23-year-old, organically-farmed Croft
Vineyards, this wine greets you with a gentle floral nose, accented by influences
of citrus, figs and vanilla, touched by a hint of noble rot that developed in this
fruit due to foggy mornings and warm afternoons in late October 2008. This
wine shows beautiful minerality, highlighted by distinct green apple, honeydew melon and pear. The finish transitions smoothly into hints of lemon and lime on the finish. Enjoy this wine on the deck this summer with shellfish, ceviche and good friends!
