Salud Dinner at ArborBrook

Last November, we donated a private dinner for eight in our tasting room, prepared by Chef David McGlade, with musical accompaniment by Charlie Steen. On September 11, we hosted our friends, Bert and Melinka who purchased the package, along with six of their friends. Chef McGlade created a fabulous menu that paired perfectly with our current release wines. As a special treat, we opened a magnum of 2007 Heritage Cuvee, which is showing amazing right now! What a great night we had! Dave and I love hosting intimate dinners like this as we have the opportunity to meet such wonderful new people!
